D115 Aqua Miser Ultra Boss 40,000 PSI Water Jetting Machine

Capel Sandblasters have recently acquired the Ultra Boss grit injection Water Blaster.

Wet sandblasting, rubber and polyurethane removal from almost any surface including plates, tanks and pipes.

Adjustable pressure from 10,000 psi up to 40,000 psi.

Capel Sandblasters has serviced the South West region of Australia for over 15 years and is able to provide an efficient garnet blasting and industrial
painting service for protection of steelwork from harsh industrial environments.

Recently taken over by RTW Steel Fabrication & Construction, both blasting and painting is carried out to Australian Specifications with paint specs
 being available to suit almost every requirement.  Paint specs range from a straight forward blast and zinc prime to complicated three coat systems of
 over 200 microns thick.  These systems can be matched to suit any environment from straight forward natural weather exposure to severe industrial exposure, including acidic conditions.

A wide range of paints are available to suit your Company's preferred colour and specification, and also to suit safety requirements in hand railing
 and for identifying pipes which transfer both hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
