South West Industrial Plastics is a Division of RTW Steel Fabrication & Construction which is fast becoming the No. 1 supplier and fabricator of polyethylene pipes and fittings in the South West. We are able to supply all types of poly pipe and fittings and have a full range of pipe welding machines that can weld pipes from 40mm to 630mm diameter. All our products supplied conform to Australian Standards.

To compliment our pipe fabrication, we have a fully equipped sheet plastic fabrication workshop which has produced protective safety guards and covers, product handling launders, chutes and equipment to aid the safe and efficient handling of erosive and corrosive acids and materials. The materials used in fabrication of these products are available in black and UV protected safety yellow and are lighter, withstand vibration and corrosive conditions.

We are also able to supply and install wear liners to pipes, chutes and launders. These materials are able to be matched to specific product handling situations and will improve the flow and endurability of the component.

Our welding operators are qualified to meet Australian Standards with certificates in their trades including extrusion welding, butt welding on pipes and electro fusion welding.

Some of our recent pipe supply and installation projects have been the Sons of Gwalia Greenbushes South Hampton Water Dam supply line with over 4 kilometres of poly pipe from 200mm to 315mm. Supply of 7 kilometres of 280mm and 315mm poly pipe to Iluka for their new Stratham West Plant. Supply and installation of 2 kilometres of 280mm poly pipes, including manifolds to the Palandri Winery in Mount Barker and supply and fabrication of 400mm manifolds for Doral Mining. South West Industrial Plastics have also installed dam liners, complete with pump circuit manifold and the supply and installation of fibreglass launders and pipes under their spiral separators at Iluka's Stratham West Plant.
