Meet Our Team.

Encouragement from a couple of mates, a desire to be my own boss, a wild idea I could work 2 or 3 days a week and a loan of $2,200 from mum to buy my first mobile welding machine was the beginning of RTW. Since then many things have changed, but the thing treasured most is having a great bunch of people assembled to be a part of RTW.
Duties at RTW are now limited to improving the operation as a business but the real satisfaction and contentment is knowing we have a Management Team with the knowledge, integrity and capabilities to take the business onto greater heights in the future.
Spare time is easily filled trying to keep fit, fishing and following horses that just don’t seem to go fast enough.

Coming up for 8 years service with RTW and a member of our Senior Management Team, Debbie has studied for a Diploma in Accountancy and Tax Preparation.
Debbie is the first point of contact for customers via phone and front office visitors. She also manages our accounting system.
Debbie takes pleasure in her family and loves to spend her spare time being active and outdoors.

Glenn´s family is grown up and he now spends his time surfing, fishing and gardening. He maintains he´s good looking, which is up for debate.

Ken is RTW´s first employee, starting with us almost 20 years ago as general hand and then moving onto an adult apprenticeship to become a tradesman. Since then he has continued to improve his knowledge and training in various areas and in the process developed a broad knowledge of local industry.

Mollie has been with us for 3 years and came from a neglected home. She only visits the office during the day as she works most nights.
