All works are completed to Australian Standards by our competent and experienced staff using some of the most up to date equipment on hand in Western Australia.

Our Capel workshop is equipped for the fabrication of sheet plastics used for safety guards, material transfer launders and UHMWPE liners for mining and industrial situations.

We stock a comprehensive range of pipes, fittings and plastic sheets, supported by our 24 hour 7 day per week service to minimise disruptions to your operations due to plant breakdowns.

Poly Piping

Supply, welding and installation of polyethylene pipelines from sizes 32mm up to 1200mm, in our workshop in Capel or anywhere in Australia. All our staff are highly qualified and licensed in accordance with Australian Standards.

Pipe and Fittings

We carry a huge range of pipe and fittings in stock at our Capel workshop allowing us to get your plant back up and running in the event of breakdowns.

Poly Fabrication

Our workshop has some of the most up to date equipment used in the fabrication of a large range of products including safety guards, pump and machinery covers, troughs, storage tanks, launders and UHMWPE wear plate liners.

Knowledge

With our many years in the poly industry we have at our disposal a vast amount of knowledge and experience, giving us confidence to provide assistance with any poly related queries you may have.

Our Equipment

South West Industrial Plastics have several crews, all fully equipped with modern and up to date equipment and available for site work nation wide.

• Dixon HF Butt Welding machines ranging in size from 110mm to 1200mm.
• Fleet of 4 wheel drive vehicles, including 3 tonne trucks all mine site compliant.
• Gensets to 77KVA.
• 3 Tonne All Terrain Catapillar Telehandlers, complete with crane jib, bucket, man cage and forks.
• High performance extrusion welding machines.
• Electro fusion welding machines.
