Beam & Plate Processing

Our new Ficep CNC Beam & Plate processing machines provides RTW Steel Fabrication & Construction with the capacity to process large volumes of structural steel quickly & efficiently.

The beam line will process beam and channels up to 1 metre wide x 20 metres long and can drill on all sides, stamp identification numbers, scribe cleat and plate positions and cut square and angles ends to length.

Similarly, the plate processor will drill, punch and plasma cut cleats and base plates from stock sheets up to 35mm thick.
The new Processing Workshop has been specifically designed for high volume structural process work with facility for unloading and storage of stock all incorporated in the Workshop area.
