FWF Welding Services

FWF specializes in the fabrication of pipe spools, associated piping supports and structural steel assemblies common to the steel piping industry in both workshop and site situations.

We have an extensive range of qualified welding procedures which allows us to weld 316/304 stainless steel, 253MA stainless steel, inconnel, low carbon steels and carbon steel. Our list of welding procedures is constantly being upgraded.

Our comprehensive range of procedures are suitable for TIG, MIG & Stick welding processes and all fabrication work is conducted by qualified and competent welders working to welding procedures that are qualified to ASME 1X, 3992 Code requirements.

FWF has a workshop in Kwinana equipped for light fabrication and specialized welding. The workshop is located in Gentle Road and conveniently accessable to major industry in the area.

We also have site crews available for mechanical and piping installation and repairs.

John "JJ" Jarrett - Operations Manager.

JJ has worked with FWF for almost 7 years, the last 2years as Operations Manager. Originally qualified as a Fitter/machinist, JJ spent over 22 years working at CSBP and was elevated to Supervisor over the last few years. During his time there he developed an understanding of the strict requirements of the specialized welding industry.

JJ has a passion for the strict quality control required in our industry and believes the only way to get the job done is the right way. He has gained respect and admiration from his peers through this passion.

In his spare time JJ enjoys participating in team based sports and travelling with his family.

Steve Adams - Supervisor.

Steve joined FWF after studying for his Diploma of Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering and has been with us for 5 years. He was previously involved in his family fabrication business.

Steve is a dedicated and conscientious Team Member that takes pride in developing strong relationships with suppliers and clients and delivering quality finished products to our clients. Our future is in good hands with Steve.

Steve’s spare time is taken up with his young family, helping out the Volunteer Fire Brigade and setting up his recently built house.
